A favourite amongst collectors, the Ceropegia woodii, or Chain of Hearts is really just as described - lovely long chains of heart shaped leaves of green and cream with shades of purpley pink.

Generally easy care, they require bright but indirect light, and can tolerate some shadier positions. Allow to dry out between watering, although don’t let it dry out as much as other succulent species.

Comes in a 15cm hanging nursery pot.
