Please note that we only offer a personalised delivery service to selected suburbs in Melbourne metro. Please check the delivery & shipping page to see if we are able to deliver to your area.

We offer free delivery to Melbourne and shipping Australia wide on orders over $150.

Same day gift delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm.
Please note that orders that have not selected the correct delivery option at check out cannot be guaranteed the same day delivery service.

When purchasing a plant listed for sale, the items photographed in the product listing may not be the exact plant that is delivered. This may mean that the shape of the plant, or the number of leaves is slightly different to what is pictured. We will, however, provide you with a healthy plant of equivalent size and maturity.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a notification with confirmation of your delivery date. Please make sure that someone will be available to accept the delivery on that day. In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, we will leave it in a safe place. If a safe and secure spot is not readily available, your item will not be left and a return to store fee as well as a re-delivery fee will be charged.

Once the item has been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for damage caused. This includes theft or damage from being left unattended, or post purchase neglect.

We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. If an order is requested to be cancelled prior to delivery or collection, a 7.5% processing fee will be charged. This is to cover our costs associated with payment & website processing fees.
